Himalayan Mountain Cat?

Took this picture in an indoor market on the Wirral. The cat's owner told us the cat was from the Himalayas hence his penchant for climbing....what a brave lil thing :0)

Last self-indulgent design post....superfunk roller disco!

What's not to smile about here. Vector graphic illustration I created with outlines to the left to show design 'skeleton'.

I'm such a 'tees' :0)

T. Shirt Logo designs based political events, not so funny but raising awareness is always worthwhile.

Shakespeare, there's still comedy in tragedy!

Coloured pencil illustrations I created on water colour paper using the grain and a workable surface to give depth. Stamps depicting what props cupboards may look like for individual Shakespeare plays.

Organic....house music, still smiling!

A logo I created for a friend's house night, Organic. I love the use of colour and the illusion of growth used to create the logo.

Rugger! Logos South African stylee.

A couple of logos I created for a S. African company selling rugby shirts on the internet. I love to play with colour, theme and vector graphics.

Bongochutney!

Some publicity for a 'head-shop' I designed taking influences from Turkey and Morocco. The phrase 'Bongochutney' arrived during a very late evening in ;0)

But is it art?

Couldn't resist taking a pic of this in Birkenhead Centre. Someone with a sense of humour? Hehe, it's still there now a few weeks on. Street art in the most unusual of places :0)

TODAY....

TODAY I decided to accompany Andy and see what this 'occupy Liverpool' was really about. I was there at Barclays bank 2 weeks ago and was also present at the town hall on Thursday. TODAY....we met some people by the Victoria statue, Andy was hoping for a camp out and a real occupation like London, Manchester maybe even New York, but what occurred TODAY was for me...far more important. What happened TODAY was real, TODAY I met some people who actually made sense, people from all walks of life who just say we're sick of being 'had-off!'....TODAY I wasn't intimidated by political non-sense TODAY I didn't feel like a total 'hippy' or a 'splitter' TODAY I felt involved, TODAY I felt part of something big. Thankyou for TODAY...see you at LEAF on Saturday :0)

Well, we did tell you to....EXPECT US!

I love this....scares me a little bit never mind the 'powers that be' hehe! Here's the source

Doris against council cuts!

Not quite the same as the banner I'm holding on my blog header, but this one critises cuts that the people of Liverpool are going to feel in the not too distant future. Not something to smile about but I was there to show my support (mostly on the other side of the camera) and you can see Roguetrooper's head there between 'resist' and 'occupy'. Great so many people turned up to show their frustration. They say CUT BACK we say FIGHT BACK :0)

MR AFRO

A random saturday morning shop in BnM found me in the gentlemen's grooming aisle (?) where I stumbled across this beauty! For a mere £2.99 you can find yourself completely hairless above the neck! Ask Mr Afro....he's the DOOD! :0)
